I am happy to announce that Poland has its first Michelin star rated
restaurant. This is Atelier Amaro in the capital city of Warsaw run by
Wojciech Modest Amaro. The owner and the headchef is devoted to the
seasonal Polish produce and science in the kitchen. The menu changes
really seasonally - weekly and Amaro likes to check what's in the bush
or in the lake at the moment. He also builts his own laboratory for
culinary experiments. You can check it here.
